Entry qualification | Undergraduate diploma (or higher) Please consult attentively the specific entry requirements for the study programme “IFE” at this webpage. The entry qualification documents are accepted in the following languages: English / Italian. Only for the purpose of the preliminary evaluation: if your entry qualification documents are not in English or Italian, you must provide English or Italian translations: at this stage, you can produce unofficial translations. For the purpose of the final enrollment, the needed documents must be submitted with an official translation in Italian. The official Italian translation must be attached to any document submitted in a foreign language. Such translation may be produced in your country or in Italy by local courthouses or by official or courthouse translators. Translations must then be certified by the relevant Italian Consulate, unless there are special agreements to the contrary. If your certificates are in English and the course of your choice is delivered in English, you do not have to provide certificates translated into Italian. Overview
Offered by the Department of Economics and Law curriculum in International Finance and Economics (IFE) of the master degree course in “Finance and markets” (Finanza e mercati) – LM-16 offers a rigorous education in an international and multi-cultural environment; the programme IFE aims to develop advanced theoretical and practical competences that will allow graduate students to work in a wide range of international contexts. The course of study includes, among others, the following topics: International economics, International Marketing, International financial, markets, International investment management, financial management, International trade legislation, Quantitative methods for economics and finance.

Programme structure
The MA in “Finance and Markets” (“Finanza e Mercati” classe LM-16) curriculum in “International Finance and Economics” is taught entirely in English. All classes will be taught in English. Adequate language skills are required. Introductory English language classes will be offered in order to ensure a proper class participation.

Study plan and teaching activities
The IFE course of study includes, among others, the following topics: International economics, International Marketing, International financial, markets, International investment management, financial management, International trade legislation, Quantitative methods for economics and finance. Classes will be integrated with Guest Speaker Lectures and Seminars so as to combine theoretical and operational competences. Internship is mandatory. In that respect,students will be provided with a list of selected corporate partners.

Multiple degree programme
The Department of Economics and Law has signed a trilateral agreement with Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń (Poland) and the University of Angers (France) for a multiple diploma student exchange programme International Finance Programme. The students selected to participate in the mobility study programme will earn the following three diplomas:
- Master degree in Economics, specialty: International Economy and Finance, issued by the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun.
- Master degree in Finance, specialty: Law & Finance, issued by the University of Angers
- Master degree in Finance and Markets, specialty: International Finance and Economics issued by the University of Macerata
